Refund and Returns Policy
Refund Policy for Members and Event Participants
Craft Beer Trade Association (Thailand) is a volunteer-driven, non-profit trade association. All fees collected — including membership fees and event registration fees — are used directly to support the operations and activities of the association. As such, our general policy is non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Membership Fees
All membership fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after registration
- Failure to use membership benefits
- Cancellation of membership during the membership period
- Dissolution, closure, or insolvency of the member’s business
Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of registration and will not be refunded or pro-rated for early termination.
2. Event & Activity Registration Fees
Event registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been made. This applies to all association events including, but not limited to, TIBA, Thai Brew Con, Thailand Craft Beer Week, Brewpub Passport, and any other ticketed events.
Exceptions — A refund or credit may be issued only in the following cases:
- The event is cancelled by the association with no rescheduled date: full refund of the registration fee paid.
- The event is postponed by the association and the participant is unable to attend the new date: credit note for use in a future association event, valid for 12 months.
- Duplicate payment due to a verified technical error: full refund of the duplicate amount.
Refund requests under the above exceptions must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the announcement. The association reserves the right to verify and approve all refund requests.
3. Other Payments
Any other payments made to the association (e.g., sponsorship contributions, advertising fees, booth bookings) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer. The association is not responsible for any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process.
5. Changes to This Policy
The association reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published on our website at www.thaicraftbeer.org.

นโยบายการคืนเงินสำหรับสมาชิกและผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
สมาคมการค้าผู้ประกอบธุรกิจคราฟท์เบียร์ เป็นองค์กรที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยคณะกรรมการอาสาสมัคร รายได้ทั้งหมดที่ได้รับ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นค่าสมาชิกหรือค่าลงทะเบียนกิจกรรม จะถูกนำไปใช้สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของสมาคมโดยตรง ดังนั้น นโยบายหลักของสมาคมคือ ไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณี กรุณาอ่านนโยบายนี้โดยละเอียดก่อนทำการชำระเงิน
1. ค่าสมาชิก
ค่าสมาชิกไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ในทุกกรณี รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง
- เปลี่ยนใจภายหลังจากการสมัคร
- ไม่ได้ใช้สิทธิประโยชน์สมาชิก
- ยกเลิกสมาชิกระหว่างช่วงระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก
- การยุบเลิก ปิดกิจการ หรือล้มละลายของกิจการสมาชิก
สมาชิกภาพมีอายุ 1 ปีนับจากวันที่สมัคร และจะไม่มีการคืนเงินหรือคำนวณตามสัดส่วนเวลาที่เหลืออยู่ในกรณียกเลิกก่อนครบกำหนด
2. ค่าลงทะเบียนกิจกรรม
ค่าลงทะเบียนกิจกรรมไม่สามารถขอคืนได้เมื่อชำระเงินแล้ว ซึ่งครอบคลุมทุกกิจกรรมของสมาคมที่มีการเก็บค่าลงทะเบียน
ข้อยกเว้น — สมาคมอาจพิจารณาคืนเงินหรือออกเครดิตเฉพาะในกรณีต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น
- กิจกรรมถูกยกเลิกโดยสมาคมโดยไม่มีการจัดใหม่: คืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียนเต็มจำนวน
- กิจกรรมถูกเลื่อนโดยสมาคม และผู้เข้าร่วมไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมในวันใหม่ได้: ออกเครดิตสำหรับใช้ในกิจกรรมของสมาคมครั้งถัดไป มีอายุ 12 เดือน
- ชำระเงินซ้ำซ้อนเนื่องจากความผิดพลาดทางเทคนิคที่ได้รับการยืนยัน: คืนเงินในส่วนที่ชำระซ้ำเต็มจำนวน
คำขอคืนเงินภายใต้ข้อยกเว้นข้างต้นต้องส่งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรมาที่ [email protected] ภายใน 14 วันนับจากวันที่มีการประกาศ สมาคมสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบและอนุมัติคำขอทุกรายการ
3. การชำระเงินประเภทอื่น
การชำระเงินประเภทอื่น ๆ ให้กับสมาคม เช่น ค่าสั่งซื้อสินค้า ค่าสนับสนุน ค่าโฆษณา หรือค่าจองพื้นที่ออกร้าน ไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ เว้นแต่จะมีการตกลงกันเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรต่างหากและลงนามโดยทั้งสองฝ่าย
4. กระบวนการคืนเงิน
การคืนเงินที่ได้รับการอนุมัติจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วันทำการ ผ่านช่องทางเดิมที่ชำระเงินหรือโอนเงินผ่านบัญชีธนาคาร สมาคมไม่รับผิดชอบค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคารหรือค่าธรรมเนียมธุรกรรมใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างกระบวนการคืนเงิน
5. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
สมาคมสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขนโยบายการคืนเงินนี้ได้ตลอดเวลา การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะประกาศบนเว็บไซต์ของสมาคมที่ www.thaicraftbeer.org
